What's Coming for AFC & Co in 2026 and Beyond

By Alexander F. Cramm | Founder & Creative Director, AFC & Co

If you've been following along, you know AFC & Co has always been about more than just cocktails. It started as a rideshare service during the pandemic, evolved into a podcast, became a book series, and has now transformed into something bigger—a platform celebrating craft, creativity, and the kind of unconventional thinking that makes great work possible.

Today, we're excited to share what's next.

A New Foundation

First things first: we've completely rebranded. New website (afcandco.com), refined identity, clearer vision. This wasn't just a cosmetic refresh—it was about building the infrastructure for what we're planning in 2026 and beyond.

The rebrand reflects who AFC & Co has become: a creative umbrella for projects that celebrate craft, quality, and doing things differently. Whether it's cocktails, content, or what we're cultivating (literally and figuratively), everything under the AFC & Co name shares the same DNA: authenticity, excellence, and a refusal to fit into conventional boxes.

What's Coming in 2026

The Neurodivergent Bartender Expansion

The Neurodivergent Bartender series continues to grow. Following the release of the ADHD Edition in 2025, we're developing additional volumes that explore different aspects of neurodiversity through the lens of craft cocktails. Each book combines original recipes, personal storytelling, and professional bartending expertise—proving that being different isn't a limitation, it's an advantage.

Beyond the books themselves, we're expanding The Neurodivergent Bartender into a full content platform. Expect cocktail videos, technique tutorials, ingredient deep-dives, and stories from behind the bar across all our social channels. The goal isn't just to teach people how to make drinks—it's to change how we think about neurodiversity in hospitality and creative industries.

Professional-Grade Barware at Home-Use Pricing

We're partnering with established vendors in the professional bartending space to create curated barware collections. These aren't gimmicky cocktail kits—they're professional-grade tools at pricing that makes sense for home bartenders.

The philosophy is simple: if you're going to make cocktails, use the same quality equipment the professionals use. We've exclusively used certain brands throughout all AFC & Co projects because they're simply the best. Now we're making it easier for you to build your own bar with gear that actually performs.

More details coming soon, but if you've been asking what glassware or tools we use in The Neurodivergent Bartender photography—this is your answer.

Introducing: Mo Plant

Here's something unexpected: we're launching Mo Plant, a roadside plant stand focused on rare and hard-to-find houseplants, propagation, and plant care.

Wait—what do plants have to do with cocktails?

Everything, actually. AFC & Co has always been about cultivating experiences—whether that's developing the perfect cocktail recipe, growing a creative platform, or literally growing something beautiful. Mo Plant extends that philosophy into a different medium, but the values remain the same: quality, craft, patience, and attention to detail.

Plus, there's something fundamentally similar about bartending and plant care. Both require understanding your ingredients, respecting natural processes, and accepting that some things can't be rushed. Both reward curiosity and experimentation. And both create something that makes life more interesting.

Mo Plant is a partnership with one of our key stakeholders, and it represents the kind of creative expansion AFC & Co was built for. If it seems like an unusual fit, good—we've never been interested in doing what's expected.

Off Road & On the Rocks: The Podcast

The original Besties, Bikes & Brews podcast is getting a complete overhaul. Welcome to Off Road & On the Rocks—a show about craft cocktails, craft spirits, adventure, and the creative life.

The format will mix deep dives into cocktail culture and spirits with broader conversations about creativity, neurodiversity, and building things that matter. Some episodes will be solo; others will feature guest co-hosts and industry voices. Topics range from proper stirring technique to why taking the long way home matters.

Think of it as the audio companion to everything AFC & Co stands for: quality over convenience, craft over mass production, curiosity over convention. Whether we're talking about a perfectly balanced Negroni or why Subarus are the official vehicle of interesting people, it's all connected.

Launch date TBA, but expect it in 2026.

Brand Partnerships & Collaborations

We have partnership proposals out with several spirits and glassware brands we genuinely respect and use. While nothing is finalized yet, 2026 will see AFC & Co featured in collaborations that make sense—partnerships with companies that share our values around quality, craft, and doing things right.

We're not interested in transactional sponsorships or selling out for a quick paycheck. Every partnership will be authentic, every collaboration will be meaningful, and every product we recommend will be something we actually use and believe in.

If you're a brand that thinks we'd be a good fit, reach out. But read our collaboration guidelines first—we're selective about who we work with, and that's not changing.

Video Content Across All Platforms

Cocktail tutorials, recipe breakdowns, technique demonstrations, ingredient explorations, behind-the-scenes content—it's all coming to our social channels throughout 2026. High-quality video content showcasing what makes craft cocktails special and how to make them at home.

The goal is to make professional bartending knowledge accessible without dumbing it down. We're not going to tell you to substitute ingredients or skip steps. We're going to show you how to do it right, explain why it matters, and trust that you care enough to do it well.

Events & Experiences

Book launches, private tasting events, and other in-person experiences are on the horizon. Details TBA, but if you want to be the first to know when we're hosting something in your area, sign up for our newsletter.

The Bigger Vision: 3-5 Years Out

Where is all this heading?

AFC & Co's long-term vision is to become a disruptor in the artisanal food and beverage space. Not by doing what everyone else does louder or cheaper, but by doing things differently and doing them exceptionally well.

Down the road, we're looking at food service and menu consultancy—helping restaurants, bars, and hospitality businesses create menus and experiences that actually stand out. Bringing the same craft-focused, quality-obsessed, neurodivergent-thinking approach to their operations.

But that's the 3-5 year plan. Right now, we're focused on 2026: books, barware, plants, podcasts, partnerships, and content that matters.

Why Now? Why This?

AFC & Co has always been about proving that doing things differently isn't just acceptable—it's better.

The Neurodivergent Bartender series exists because neurodivergent voices deserve representation in cocktail literature and hospitality. Mo Plant exists because the same principles that make great cocktails also grow beautiful things. The podcast exists because conversations about craft, creativity, and quality need a platform. The partnerships exist because we only work with brands we genuinely respect.

Everything connects. Everything matters. Everything is built with intention.

2026 is when it all comes together.

What You Can Do

  • Follow along. We'll be sharing updates across all platforms as these projects launch.

  • Check out the new website. afcandco.com is live now with more information about what we're building.

  • Grab a copy of The Neurodivergent Bartender. If you haven't read the ADHD Edition yet, pick it up here. It's where this all started, and it's the foundation for everything coming next.

  • Spread the word. If you believe in what AFC & Co is building, tell someone. Share this post. Tag us. Help us reach people who care about craft, quality, and doing things right.

The Bottom Line

AFC & Co started as an idea that refused to stay in one lane. Five years later, we're still refusing.

2026 is going to be big—not because we're chasing trends or trying to scale fast, but because we're building something that matters. Something authentic. Something that proves you don't have to compromise quality or creativity to grow.

Whether you're here for the cocktails, the plants, the podcast, or just the philosophy—welcome. We're just getting started.

Stay tuned. There's a lot more coming.

Cheers,

Alexander F. Cramm (Founder & Creative Director AFC & Co.)
