THE CONCEPT: A TIKI BAR WITH A BRAIN AND A SOUL
Welcome to Arkipelago.
We are a "Tiki 2.0" bar. This is our philosophy of systems-driven craft.

THE BRAIN: Our bar program is the "neuro" side of our craft. We're re-engineering Tiki for a new era. We've built an intricate, proprietary library of House Rum Blends—complex, batched, and perfectly balanced—to ensure every cocktail is a masterpiece of speed and consistency.

THE HEART: This precision is our brain, but our soul is Filipino. Our food menu is not an afterthought; it's our heritage. The "sweet, sour, and savory" profile of our Pulutan (bar snacks) is the perfect partner to the bright, acidic, and funky world of Tiki.
This is Arkipelago. We're combining the meticulous brain of a craft bar with the warm, welcoming heart of the Philippines.

THE EXPERIENCE:
A CURATED JOURNEY
Our menu is designed to guide you. Start in the "Safe Harbors" (Low ABV) , venture "Out to Sea" (Mid ABV) , or commit to the "Shipwrecked" (High ABV).
Our kitchen will serve a focused menu of modern, "one-handed" Filipino Pulutan, including Lumpia Shanghai , Lechon Pork Belly Skewers , and Sisig Tacos.
For the true adventurer, our "off-menu" "Kraken's Fall" list features our most complex, "world-ending" cocktails. For those who dare, inciting "A Mutiny" (a 151-proof float) is a one-per-person gamble.
The atmosphere is a "Midnight at a Tropical Manor" —sophisticated, warm, and built for escape
THE STATUS:
IN DEVELOPMENT
Project Arkipelago is the next evolution of the AFC & Co. brand. It is currently in the concept and development stage.
We are meticulously building our systems, "Bible", and house-made modifiers.
We are seeking the perfect location.
This project is guided by the core AFC & Co. value of "Quality Over Quantity".
It will be ready when it is excellent.
