Physical Book Orders & Refunds
Our books are produced in a print-on-demand (POD) format. All sales of physical books are considered final. We only offer returns or refunds for items that arrive damaged or are defective.

For Standard Orders (without customization): These orders are fulfilled directly by our printing partner, Blurb. If you encounter issues with craftsmanship, shipping, or handling, please contact Blurb’s customer support directly, referencing your order number.

For Customized Pre-Orders: If your customized pre-order (including an embossed copy, signed book, or liqueur) arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@afcandco.com within 10 days of delivery. You must provide photos of the damage, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund. Please note that personalized signed copies are not eligible for a full refund due to their unique customization.
Digital Book Orders & Refunds
Upon purchasing a digital copy of the book, you will receive an email with a link to download it in your preferred format. All sales of digital books are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the book has been purchased and downloaded.
